Carl Blanchard Founder & CTO
Carl Blanchard is the CTO and founder of WaiverForm®, a product of C3 Software Ltd.
Carl turned his early love of computers in to a career spanning 20+ years in web and software development. He has worked as a contractor for many years, setting up his own company in 2001. Through this, he has worked in conjunction with a wide range of businesses spanning multiple projects and using many technologies. This has given him a wealth of knowledge and along with his keen eye for detail he is able to work with companies, to develop and implement software systems and processes that suit their business needs. Bringing both a creative design aspect as well as practical solutions approach to all his projects and development. When away from his desk, Carl is a keen adventure sports enthusiast, particularly snowboarding and downhill mountain biking. Carl actively participates in community digital groups, consulting and speaking on subjects such as Agile methodologies, code patterns and practices.
Victoria Head of Operations
Having worked in both the business and front end of an equestrian tourism company, Victoria decided it was time for a new challenge and has been a part of WaiverForm® right from the beginning. Victoria is responsible for the day to day running of WaiverForm® and business development. She also likes to build a rapport with customers, ensuring the best possible experience for the business in their transition to using WaiverForm®. In her downtime Victoria is likely to be either hiking with Minnie or trekking on horseback.
Danny Web Development
Danny is a web developer, and has been creating web sites since the days of Netscape Navigator. Way back in the murky grey past, Danny spent years writing tutorials for magazines on things like how to build pages in HTML, and beginners’ guides to using web languages like PHP, ASP, JavaScript, and CSS. Deciding it might be more fun to do than to teach, he went and put his musings to practical use as a full-time font-end web developer for a number of digital agencies. When he’s not creating with HTML and CSS, Danny is building stuff using his other preferred medium: LEGO®.
Wayne Sales
As our sales rep, Wayne is passionate about our brand and likes nothing more than engaging with people. In his spare time, you will usually find him at a sporting event, having completed no less than 33 marathons. He is a regular attendee of local running events.
Minnie Wellbeing Co-ordinator
Minnie joined the team last year and has proved to be a vital member of the team keeping us all motivated throughout the week. She might not be the best at writing new code or even making the tea, but she likes to get involved. She tries out all the job roles, giving them her best shot in return for a few tummy rubs and a treat!
